There are three main ways to get your SideKick Card.
i. If the student is traveling with one of our partner travel agencies, they may have spare SideKick Cards and have a logistics schedule already in place for delivery to students.
ii. If the student is staying in or passing through Vancouver or Toronto, we have two support points—one in each city—where students can go and pick up a SideKick Card at no extra cost.
iii. The parent/responsible can request through the SideKick Web Portal (www.sidekickcard.com) to have the SideKick Card sent by Canada Post to the student's Canadian address. There are two types of shipping:
1. Standard shipping: At no extra cost, delivery takes 7 to 9 business days.
2. Rush Delivery: There is a CAD $20.00 charge to the credit card that activated your account for the first request. A tracking code is provided to track the delivery, which takes 2 to 3 business days.
