To add money to your account and charge your card, there are a few payment methods available. To create a payment, log in to your SideKick account on the Web and click on the Add Money option. The payment method options may vary depending on the country you are making your payment from. Below you can find some of the common payment methods:
- DMT - Domestic Bank Transfer - This option allows you to pay your shipment by bank transfer. The processing time varies between 2 to 3 business days.
- MSC/VIS - This payment allows you to pay by credit card, and takes 5 to 7 business days to process.
- Ins - Credit Card Installment Payment - This option allows you to pay by credit card with installment options. This option takes 5-7 business days to process.
For payments coming from Brazil, please note that the DMT option accepts PIX, which typically takes 1 business day to process. There is also an option to pay with Boleto, which can take up to 6 business days to process.
Attention: The time frames above take into consideration that the provided documentation is correct. If there are any inconsistencies with the documentation, our payment processor partner may request additional confirmations via email, which could potentially delay the payment.
