At this time, please purchase transit passes directly at Compass vending machines, as Compass Card's website is currently not accepting prepaid credit cards for online purchases.
Please remember when using your SideKick Card physically for the first time, to use the CHIP and PIN.
If an online purchase has failed and it shows in your transactions list, please allow 3 business days before contacting support@sidekickcard.com, as pending transactions that were unsuccessful may take a few days to update in your app.
