If your SideKick Card is lost or stolen, lock the card immediately via the toggle on the 'wallet' screen of the SideKick Card Mobile App or via the SideKick Web Portal. If your card is found, simply unlock it via the same toggle and continue making purchases.
Please order a replacement card via your web portal 'Order Card' section or contact support@sidekickcard.com and include your email and name connected to your SideKick account.
